Dr. Mahesh Borase, a qualified Textile engineer and a graduate in Management degree (Finance specialization) completed his doctorate; his area of research including study on Housing and Housing Finance Markets in India supported by an exclusive case study on HDFC Limited. He is a blend of practical and theory with more than two decades of rich corporate experience with renowned companies like Raymond, Ashok Leyland Finance, Cholamandalam etc. He has also been instrumental in co-authoring the first ever monograph on ‘Reverse Mortgage’ in India. He is well known in the corporate sector for conducting tailor made workshops ranging from beginners to practitioners of finance. It covers various aspects of Financial Management right from basic concepts to interpretation and analysis of financial statements. He is actively associated with leading banks and blue chip companies in India for industry-academia mutually beneficial interactive projects.  A detail oriented person, he has received several accolades from State and National bodies for his contribution in the field of research.

Mr. Chintan Gandhi :

Chintan Gandhi did his bachelorette in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in 2004 along with having a hand on experience in theatre and script writing. Post that he completed his PGDBM in finance from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research and joined a domestic brokerage firm as an equity analyst thereafter.

He worked for three and a half years in the financial markets simultaneously pursuing film writing. After his maiden film release “99”, opportunities in the film industry followed consequently. That is the time he decided to turn his hobby into his career. Already having a successful release “Shor in the city” this year, he is currently working on couple of film projects belonging to various genres. He now plans to incorporate his theatre experience for teaching soft skills development which is gaining significant impetus in the corporate and educational sector.

Mr. Conrad Goveas, a B.Sc graduate and a gold medalist in masters in personnel management from Mumbai University has over two decades of managerial experience working at organizations such as Godrej, Lintas and Blue Dart Express.
His stupendous work includes providing consultancy and training programs in HR, personnel management and organizational development across industries. The companies include Marico Industries, Novartis, Orchid Hotel, Trans Electra etc.

Apart from the above, he has designed and delivered customized management development workshops for L&T, Philips, Elecon, NSE, Tata Group, Hong Kong Bank, Standard Chartered, RBS, McDonald’s to name a few. Founder – chairman of FIDA (Foundation for Integrated Development Alternatives), his areas of expertise include grid organizational development, 7 habits of highly effective people and Belbin’s team roles.
