The prime objective is to engage in path breaking solution development with Corporate, Government Organizations and NGOs using qualitative and quantitative research techniques having practical relevance. Research is carried out in the areas of congruence between academic and corporate interests aimed at mutually beneficial long term solutions for both - the corporate and the researchers. The focus is to provide need based learning solutions for fellow members in the corporate world enabling me to effectively utilize the experience gained in the sector over two decades. The learner is provided with a choice to specialize in his interest area consequently eliminating the content that is general in nature. The thrust is on identifying the `Problem Areas’ for the organization and finding out solutions for the same involving active corporate participation in the way of specific time bound projects. This enables them to reach out for measurable & quantitative outcome ensuring return on their investment. Though the programs have Company/Industry specific approach as far as database is concerned, the experiences shared are universal in nature in order to encourage “Out of box” thinking. It involves extensive data mining, interpretation and analysis of data exposing the participants to latest research methodologies. The aim is to bring a change in the outlook for Finance as a subject both - academically and practically. This would also enable us to pay tribute to the larger community publishing case studies and books. |
